GenuineBurke Modeling FAQ
What kinds of shoots can we do?
See my Current Projects page for a list of concepts I am currently looking for.
How much modeling experience do I need?
None! I work with humans at all experience levels. I use the term "model" for anyone I photograph.
Who pays?
Most of my shoots are TFP ("trade for prints"), meaning they are unpaid collaborations.
What is a model release?
A model release is a written agreement between a photographer and model that grants the photographer permission to publish photos. I use an industry standard app called Easy Release, which ensures I have your legal name, date of birth, and permission to share photos.
What do models get?
Anyone I photograph will receive every photo I edit, we will discuss the number of photos and timeline before the shoot. I generally deliver at least ten edits within a week or two.
If I edit a photo, you will receive that edit as well.
Edits are high-resolution suitable for all uses including making prints, publishing, etc.
You can sell photos and prints through sites like OnlyFans, Fansly, etc. That's entirely up to you.
If you want to submit photos for publication, I will support that.
I never add ugly watermarks on top of images.
Can I bring a friend?
Always! For your safety and comfort, feel free to bring one friend to any photoshoot we do.
What is your studio like?
I live in O'Fallon, MO and my studio is in a building next to my house. I keep the studio space clean, there is a private changing area, and a bathroom is available in the house.
