Taylor in the Lights

For this recent shoot, we hung fairy lights and roses from the ceiling. To better light Taylor’s face, I augmented the fairy lights with a single gelled strobe. I used a small reflector dish with a 10º grid, and most of the grid was taped over with gaffer’s tape to severely limit the light output.

Taylor stood amongst the lights and we shot the entire set at 85mm f/1.2. We added some fog to the air for some of the photos, though it’s subtle.
